Also pan pacific should be ashamed of their policy when their alternator did not work at all and they refused to exchange it. So end up buying a new one. We have already lodged a dispute tribunal. they should now answer to the referee. Buyers be aware of this scam company. And do not approach that woman reception as very rude. Try to wait on the queue for other attendant. Thank you for reading my review.

On top of that they said that they don't want to deal with me cause I am rude. So one can now expect this business that they don't bother calling their customer rude and simply don't want to deal with them. SHOCKING.......................
