β β β β β So disappointed at receptionist lady that I met today. I was running 15 min late for my appointment and I apologized to her couple of times and asked her if she can book me for another time as I was happy to wait. It was totally fine if she couldn't make it work as they might be busy But her attitude and her tone was very very rude.I ended up by getting registered in another clinic right after I left papakura east medical centre.
As a health practitioner student I would say this is not right to talk to patients like this.
Never coming back again.

β β β β β Receptionist has been very helpful, answering all my questions in a timely polite manner. Brilliant staff, I went there for my first appointment, and got my Covid 19 vaccine within 5 minutes. Nurses are lovely, doctor is lovely and went through all my notes beforehand. Had a blood test done and they texted me the next morning of the results. Can't ask for a better service. Glad I switched to this clinic.

β β β β β This place has misdiagnosed sickness a few times, experienced with hubbys one and family members told me to they have experienced some misdiagnoses.. also they never answer there phone call when patients ring them. very useless cllinic the worst clinic i have ever signed up to.. The receptionist lacks skills in good customer service sounds like she has a stick up her behind with her tone of voice. I'm still waiting for the doctor to ring me back for consult.. 2 days ago.. looking for another clinic anyone have any suggestions please???

β β β β β Dr. Primla Khar is so terrible, mannerless and arrogant lady. Iβve never seen such a rude person in medical profession in NZ. We are lodging a formal complaint against her as well. Every time we talked to her, she made us feel like third class citizens.She definitely needs training how to deal with people over phone and choose the right words. We are changing our family clinic just because of her.Our worst GP we ever had in NZ.

β β β β β Receptionist staff so slow in answering my calls I've tried 4x to no avail until surprisingly it took the 5th call to finally get through ?ββοΈ and wasted my call credits like really? There are 3 of you who work here on different days if it's too busy to handle patients calling and patients waiting then find another job because honestly to the receptionist on today u lack skills in dealing with patients over the phone too rushy and probably upset of what I was asking for, and here you are not realizing the pain that I'm frekkn feeling that's why I needed what I had called up for! Very unprofessional!!

β β β β β The doctors are really great but the receptionist is too rude. I called in and she was okay at first instance but later requested one more thing and she was very rude about it . it seems she needs more training on customer service or how to talk to people in general. The phone keeps ringing and when she picked it seemed like she was doing a favour to me by doing her job.
