Virtually impossible to get through to reception, always waiting at least 30 minutes to just get hold of them just to be told you cant have an appointment on the same day??Not sure what the actual point of doctors are when you cant see them on the day that you are sick? Definitely wont recommend them to anyone.

β β β β β I have been at this Doctors for 3 years - I was assigned a doctor and I only saw her twice. Every other time I was seen by a different doctor which made my visits impersonal, and I constantly had to re -explain why I needed the prescription I did and then they would change up my prescription again. The last appointment I have was last week where I booked an appointment through the online portal where it clearly states during level 2.5 restrictions we are doing phone or virtual appointments only. The Doctor rings me, later then the time I booked. Tells me that because I don't vomit that I don't need migraine tablets - because I don't get real migraines. Then told me that next time I should really be booking a face to face appointment instead of a phone one. She was very rude. I then had to wait an hour an a half for her to send my prescription through to the pharmacy. I honestly won't be going back. I would not recommend coming here to anyone.

β β β β β My son has been with Health Care for over 2 years. Reception is always either unfriendly or simply rude! Never ever seen the GP we were assigned to. Overall feeling of been a part of the factory line, very impersonal and unfriendly, customer service is next to none. We recently went there for general GP check up and immunization. After immunization my son got offered an ice block!!! Wonderful 'healthy choice" for a medical institution that supposed to look after kids health! Sorry we won't be back.

β β β β β Been family Doctors since I was a child. Appointments have never run on time, ever!
Iβm still currently waiting to be seen 17 minutes over the scheduled time and still waiting...
Review update, just tried making an appointment at 5:06 just to get an automated message saying I have called βafter hoursβ and to call back during their business hours 8am - 5:30pm. A doctors that canβt take bookings during their advertised hours is appalling.

β β β β β Repeat prescriptions are expensive $22 I have to do it every 3 months! No way I had to stop my medicine for my mood swings and stress cause I can't afford it.
Ps, I'm not on benefits , no work with 2 young children. You threatened by using debt collection agency! Good one!

β β β β β I've been using this medical centre for over 25 years, and my 22 year old son was delivered by Dr Green who had been our dr until her recent retirement.
My son is on the autism spectrum. After much angst (and persuasion by me), he reluctantly agreed to get the Covid vaccine with me, but only with our new dr. He has a seasonal job at a glasshouse, so his hours vary each week, with occasional Fridays off. I tentatively booked a vaccine appt for us both, but he had to work. When I cancelled the appt, the woman was very rude and made me feel like a real nuisance. I tried to explain, but she just told me to go to somewhere else instead. I'm still upset, hence the review.

β β β β β The worst I have ever experienced. Consistently late, difficult to contact, passed from locum to spare GP, not on the ball, unfriendly, unreliableβ¦β¦ itβs really poor. I would imagine that if you were elderly or vulnerable you could be in real trouble here.
