โ โ โ โ โ Nothing is special, and the this place is far away from the main road. What so sad is that my rental car got a scratch on the road.

โ โ โ โ โ Beautiful setting and no cell coverage so quiet. Great walks, forest, buildings and chickens.

โ โ โ โ โ Great place to get away and experience a simple life, cutting wood, having an open fire for warmth and getting away from running water and electricity. We stayed in the old school and it was an amazing place! All rooms are budget accommodation as well! About $35-45 per person. Online booking system works well. Must check it out!

โ โ โ โ โ This property is beautiful! Our celebrant found this place for us. We are from the U.S. and planning our elopement from here was a little difficult, especially having never actually been to NZ. Having our little ceremony here was beautiful. I couldnโt have imagined doing it anywhere else. The woman who I believe owns the property met with us the day before and she was absolutely lovely! She, and her dog, showed us around the property. On the day of the wedding, her dog (I believe Rosie was her name?), led us to the open ceremony site and even took pictures with us. The woman who I believe owns the property (Iโm so sorry that I donโt remember her name because she really was so sweet and kind!) actually found some floral and created a beautiful arrangement and hung it up in the arc where we wed! I was so surprised and so grateful for that! I 100% recommend this place for a wedding/elopement for its beauty, splendor and the genuine peace about the property, and the owner(s) are such wonderful people. You cannot go wrong!
