★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wont even give them 1 star. Dirty apartments. Spider webs everywhere, stains on the carpet, sofa. Worst place i have been to. Fingerprints all over the mirror in the bathroom @Vrhotels are just ripping people off. Hairs all over the places. Don’t stay here if you don’t want to ruin your queenstown experience. Look at the photos i have added yuck!!!

Dirty room
Mirrors were dirty
Hair in the shower and beside the toilet and on the towels.
Patio doors were dirty
The patio itself had dry dirt footprints along it.
Overall cleanliness, not at all impressed.
Would have gone to stay elsewhere if I could have got a refund ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dirty room, dirty bathroom, no heating (would not work) arrived at reception to a “will be back soon” sign and discovered after our check in that parking had to payed for prior to booking which was not stated. Car park was booked out by the time we checked in. Horrible stay would not recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location is great. Sadly the room was very dirty. There was a large build up of mould on the blinds in the bedroom (it was very damp in the bedroom) which I brought to their attention and asked to sort out but they didn’t. There were also skid marks in the toilet despite it having the “cleaned” sticker on the lid when we arrived. The bathroom had hair and dead flies on the floor when we arrived, and a large red stain on the mattress. It was not pleasant. If the place was better maintained and looked after it would be the ideal place to stay. Sadly I can’t recommend staying here at this stage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible stay. We paid for two rooms $145 both rooms were completely different one a lot nice then the other. One had no milk the other had an excessive amount of milk the rooms were so dirty there was mild all through the tiles in one bathroom the other bathroom the shower was so low everyone had to duck to actually get water on them when we got arrived there was not parking anywhere near so seems abit pointless when you have to walk 3kms just to park. Won’t be staying again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location, spacious, quiet, reasonably clean and nice to have a proper deep bath. The owner was nice and friendly, but the "luxury" tag on the corporate website is definitely a bit inflated especially as no daily service. Overall, good for the price and I appreciate it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room was large and spotless upon arrival. We were pleasantly surprised given such a good price! Friendly staff at front desk made me feel comfortable with lots of small children with me while trying to sort care details etc. Quiet and central to all things you need in Queenstown. Perfect location and comfortable rooms. Love this place! Will be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We arrived at 12 midday and after paying the room rate of $225.00 for a two bedroom unit which was advertised online for $196.00 we were then told the room would not be available until 5pm due to staff shortages. The room however was great and it would have been a pleasure sitting on the balcony that afternoon but by the time we got access the sun had gone behind the apartment complex. A late arrival traveler (approx. 6.30 pm) arrived and was overheard in lobby stating on the phone "but you are advertising vacancies on the sign outside I will take whatever you have". Then hanging up and driving away. Admittedly Queenstown appeared very busy that weekend but this behavior by some in the hospitality trade leaves you wondering why bother venturing into the Queenstown lakefront.
