β β β β β Had trouble finding motel in the dark. No lights on thought it was closed. Whole place needs upgrade. Water in shower got cold quickly. Bathroom very small with rotten and rusty fittings. Only
nice thing was the hot tub. Grossly overpriced.

β β β β β We stayed 10/07/20 and 11/07/20. 1st night people in the next unit were quite noisy. I did ask when I booked could we have a quiet unit and was told that it would be. The Saturday night was shocking. Our neighbours had attended a party and invited their guests back to the motel. There was loud music, drinking, swearing and fighting. At 3am as there is no one on site from the motel I rang the lady who I had been dealing with regarding keys etc. She said they had cameras and she would check those. She told me she rang noise control. It quietened down for a short period but they started partying again and continued through until they left on the Sunday morning. We did receive an apology and an offer that if we stayed again for 2 nights we would get 1 night free. I asked for a full refund and this was declined. Would we stay there again had we not had such a bad experience? No for the price I do not think it is worth it. There is a motel next door that is much more modern for slightly more a night.

β β β β β Was not a good stay the place was grubby.the cleaners were smoking on the job.they looked tacky cobwebs and spiders everywhere.the rooms were not clean as in sanitized.because we came early.and it didn't smell like it was just cleaned.we walked in it smelt like sulpher.the spa was not cleaned or wiped down because there was still water in.it we booked for 2 nights but left the next day.so for the price I would not recommend.

β β β β β We stayed at room 9. The private mineral spa pool is the best ever ?

β β β β β Awful.
On first glance the room looks okay but we quicky realised it was dirty thick dust everywhere so we cleaned it. Shower is mouldly, cobwebs and dead bugs, fly poo on windowsills. The dishes were NOT CLEAN. we rewashed them before we used them. They were oily and had marks on them.
The beds were absolutely awful to sleep on. Sheet was ripped and looked dirty. The "private pool" was dirty and the people in the unit next door were up until 3am drinking. It's not sound proof and you can hear them walking around, doing dishes etc.
The kicker was when I realised the smoke alarm wasn't there I rang and asked for one and the person on the phone asked "do you want the smoke alarm?". I told them I did not feel comfortable sleeping without one.
I am going through the proper channels to get some compensation. We had no other places to stay (we checked other motels when we arrived after seeing how gross it was).
Do not stay here unless they rectify the state of the place. Manager is hardly onsite. For $175 (that's discounted through booking.com) it is absolutely Not worth it. From a health and safety perspective this place fails. I'll be persuing further action legally, especially under covid guidelines.

β β β β β It's not a new facility, but it met our needs (hot tub on decking) and reasonable priced in comparison to palm springs lodge next door where you end up paying $300 a night. This is my new spot to relax and get away from busy life, strongly recommend to couples wanting a night away from the kids lol

β β β β β We were in room number 6. The room was very clean but a bit tired. There was blood on the fence by the tub and some on the ranchslider. The bed was very hard and a sheet had a stain on it. We asked for another room, but was told there was nothing available. We were asked if we would like another room for the following day, we said yes please, but never heard anything back from them.

β β β β β Fantastic having a spa outside the room, however the "recently renovated" room was an old room with a lick of paint. Shower hot water not work, blinds were old and let light in and it was very cold. (the staff gave us an extra heater thankfully)! Unfortunately not at all worth the hefty $180 price tag. We were in unit 2a, apparently the other newer rooms are better ?
