Emails with all the updates and a breeze to order online, poducts look great and exactly like listed on the website. I am one happy customer and next time I am in Manukau I will defiantly be checking out the store. Thanks so mich Glitters!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such bad customer service! The asian lady was so rude & I told her she has really bad customer service. First she was sitting there in the corner completing ignoring customers, I asked her to come around and help me. She was rolling her eyes at me when I asked her where the sterling silver necklaces were placed. I told her she has bad customer service & she put the jewellery away and yelled at me saying “THEN DONT SHOP HERE” & I said “no, I want to buy this necklace”, she walked off saying “IM NOT SERVING YOU”. I was absolutely disgusted in the customer service & I would never recommend anybody going to this place.
The owner needs to check their staff out & have some customer service training held in place lol.
