We have repair centres throughout the country that support drop off and courier. Completely ripped off by Techpro Manukau. I paid $150.00 for a supposed battery replacement and software update! Invoice provided had no detail of what exactly I paid for. For 3 days I waited on a full invoice breaking down part and labour cost and they did not provide this until I came into the store. Customer service rep at the counter then goes into my invoice to edit in their supposed costs. $99.00 I paid for a battery that isnt even genuine and $51.00 for a software fix/update.
Save yourselves the trouble and just approach Apple for these issues. My genuine battery replacemrnt wouldve been $119 from Apple, I found that out too late.
Update: asked for a refund for failed service and advised that theyre allowed to fail fixing my phone 3 times before I can get a refund.
