β β β β β The purchase of my car was short and sweet. It was my first test drive appointment, and I decided to buy the car on the same day. Didnβt even go to the next appointment.
First of all, I am very fussy about the grooming, Zach and Branch manager Mike was very accommodating regard to pre-settlement conditions (Grooming).
There was a small cap on the rear bumper missing, and I was really upset because it took a long time to solve the issues, but it got sorted out in the end by Zach and Mike. I understood it was out of their control due to the pandemic.
Zach is a competent sales professional, his passion and friendliness is genuine and also has a very good sense of humour. He prioritised the suitability of my purchase over other things, I did not feel been rushed or pushed into anything. It was a very good choice indeed.
The process of buying this car was fun and absolutely worry FREE. I bought with confidence. Beautiful car I absolutely LOVE!
Thank you for taking the extra mile :) A bright red bow was the icing on the cake.

β β β β β Omg, this location is absolutely a waste of time. There is an Indian guy I believe he is a salesman but he has no idea about selling things. He is rude and extremely useless. He has no idea about the brand and can't even manage basic human being conversations. Just jumped to next door Volkswagen and got a deal in 10 minutes. Guys, please visit Volkswagen which is your neighbour and learn something!!!

β β β β β Five stars to Trevor but overall experience was Ok. At the time of delivery of Nissan Qashqai, found that the driver seat adjustment panel was broken, there was a used hair brush in the glove box and Fuel tank was so empty that it was showing Low Fuel warning and was later given with half tank. Other dealerships give a full tank of gas .
Just within couple of weeks, had to get the wheels aligned as all the four wheels were out of alignment.
It seemed like it was just cleaned for delivery and nothing else was checked.

β β β β β Just want to say a big thank you to Samuel Derham for a great car purchasing experience. We showed up at Giltrap Nissan on a bit of a spur of the moment decision. We were dressed down in track pants and had our 3 year old with us but were still taken completely seriously. We happened to find the car that we wanted and despite it being a Saturday, everything was rushed through that day and we picked up our car on the Monday. Sam was completely helpful throughout the whole process, including seeing us through a few small after purchase things which needed to be wrapped up. We would highly recommend Giltrap Nissan and Sam to anyone looking to purchase a Nissan.

β β β β β The worst dealership I have ever dealt with. Just a total rip-off. Don't even try to do trade-in with them, it will be at least 30% less than the market average. Go somewhere else and you will see. We bought two new cars from them just to receive zero service or even wish to assist with further enquiries... Matt is the rudest and laziest sales assistant we've ever met. Don't recommend.
