About Pet Doctors Tristram Street
Tristram is the resident bird at Tristram Street Pet Doctors. He is a cockatiel, the smallest bird in the cockatoo family. He takes pride of place in reception at our clinic, where he sings beautiful songs when he feels like it. He loves to sit in front of his mirror and admire himself, often wolf whistling at his own reflection.
Tristram is often spoken to by all our clients and he loves the attention. If he is not getting any attention, then sometimes he uses his outdoor voice, with not such a beautiful song being sung. He loves his millet and shredding paper, and he really loves to wear his bell as a hat. We respect his bird wishes, and do not handle him, as he is quite happy without humans touching him and messing up his feathers.
We all love Tristram, and you will find all the staff will have a chat to him through the week, just checking in to ensure he is alright.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This vet clinic is amazing my 14 yr old cat has been a frequent visitor with some underlying health issues and they always manage to fit him in if needed. And they will call me back if I ask for a chat with the vet. I also had to say goodbye to my beautiful 8 yr old Groodle last year as she had cancer and they were so kind and caring and made sure she was comfortable to the end. I cant say enough good things about them after having a bad experience with a other Vet Clinic in Hamilton. Top Vet team !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would be nicer if they actually ran on time or what's the point of making an appointment and getting there on time only to wait for over half an hour with a highly stressed sick animal. However the vets skills and bed side manner are what make me give this place a 5 star. I have had many pets go here for well over a decade. They were also extremely kind and sent a heartfelt card when I had to put my pet down, it meant alot.
