★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have NEVER had bad service at this place and I’ve been served by multiple people! Everyone is welcoming, kind and patient, the pitas are always amazing of course but the service really makes it my favourite place for a good feed! Keep it up guys!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love it....I used to be a subway nut now I am a pitanut way easier to eat with less mess.
One thing to add, maybe simplify your menu layout not to brag but I'm a genius and even I had trouble navigating through that, just put some pictures up people eat with there eyes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm so sorry I have to do this. But it's happened twice now, please designate as much effort as you do to customers in store as the ones ordering outside. It costs hefty money, and we shouldn't have to come out of our way to collect items we have payed service delivery for. I'm greatful I'm a polite person, the next person may not be so calm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not bother coming here, this branch has since stuffed up not 1, not 2 but 3 of my orders now! I obviously gave them too many chances to get things right and they failed!! They have completely got an order wrong and on two occasions forgotten ingredients. The manager Kathy there is useless and needs work on customer service, the Pita Pita franchise really need to do a revamp on staff at this branch as they have no clue on what they're doing. Her fix on the orders is "come back into the branch" -- beyond poor service!! I would highly recommend Pita Pit Ponsonby, they're fabulous and you get what you pay for!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firstly its a pita pit. So kinda like subway but with some items cooked on a griddle. Love having onions on the griddle. Love the breakfast pita.
Pita pit can vary a lot by franchisee. This one seems clean and good portions.
Wish the childrens pita had three selectoions PLUS cheese.

Upside - order was on time and was fairly tasty.
