★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow, I don't think I could be any more disappointed with this service. I stood at the counter waiting to be served (just picking up my online order) and the lady behind the counter completely ignored me, she just stood there video chatting someone on her phone. Average pizza, didn't have anywhere near enough toppings on the surpreme plus the cheese was cut terribly, took much longer than what the website quoted. Also had to come back as they forgot the drink.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Placed an order on the app for collection 18h30 and when I arrived at at 18h45 I still had to wait 5 to 10 minutes. Loaded Pepperoni was only loaded on one side of the Pizza and had sour dough base when we ordered normal pan. Triple meat also unevenly spread on the pizza. Poor quality and poor service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took half an hour basically for 1 pizza, someone who ordered after me got their long assss pizza before my one normal size pizza. Literally my mate who ordered at the same time as me got hers first and hers is now cold so no.

Night shift crew
I couldn’t be any more disappointed with this service. Just picking up my online order I had placed at 7pm to be ready at 9.30pm. The lady behind the counter locked the doors & had told him (my partner) they where closed for the night bare in mind closing time is not till 10pm.
I rang their phone line as I’m watching this girl completely ignored my calls multiple times she just stood there chatting to someone on her cellphone.
When she decided to answer, her unprofessional attitude made my blood boil.
We all have bad days you should of just took a day off, yet if you don’t like working for pizza hut
remove your self like the hairs your desperately trying remove off your upper lip.
Over burnt crust, less toppings screaming I’m on tight budget ant size portions. I couldn’t be anymore dissatisfied. This pizza hut store needs to provide quality service. For there night shift crew on this particular night. Need staff who have manners & actually love their job.
Service & behaviour is not tolerable.
Overall SERVICE ? PIZZA ?
waste of time & money.
