Highly recommended
The only thing I wasn’t happy with was that food arrived 10 minutes later than my husband’s (that’s why I forgot to take photo of my own food; I was starving ?). But we will definitely go back there and try other yummy dishes in the menu, but will ask them to serve our both dishes at the same time ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Malaysian Restaurant in Botany Town Centre. Not as big as the Sylvia Park or City stores. Can get busy at times and sometimes there's a bit if a wait for the food. Food quality is generally good and portion size is large. They are happy to explain their ordering system for first timers

Brought my family to Paparich as we all loved Malaysian food. The restaurant was not crowded however, we were showed the tables near the toilet.
We were hoping to sit elsewhere, not right in front of the toilet but the staff did not want to accommodate 6 of us. I think I'm being bias, as I think they are definitely not a Malaysian staff, don't know how to "turn the corner" (be flexible) and has handled the situation poorly.
Anyway, we left the restaurant and had our dinner somewhere else. Good service is really an intentional effort to bring business for the company and when handled appropriately, it is a win win situation.
Hopefully, the service will improve in future.
