β β β β β Great location with a stunning view of the lake. There are several pools and a cobblestone path for foot reflexology. They recommend you take off any jewellery as it could get damaged from the minerals in the water. I don't recommend getting a locker. It's about $5, and they only lock once, so you can't open and close it multiple times. They have storage bins in pigeonhole shelves. Take your own towels. The water goes up to 41Β°C which is amazing on a cooler day! Overall, it was a great experience; I would certainly do it again.

β β β β β Had 30mins in a private hot pool for two, lake side.
Was plenty of time to soak with a water foundation, towels and shower.
The garden plants need to be trimmed so you can see the lake.
Was a little overgrown.
Great experience otherwise

β β β β β Great spa with a selection of pools, including an adults only area. Water is complimentary around the pools, which is very helpful. The natural water always does a great job of softening skin and making me sleep like a baby that night! Will always come back.

β β β β β This is truly my happy place. I absolutely love natural, mineral rich geothermal pools with healing properties ?
The Polynesian Spa has a lot to offer. They have different pricing structures to different areas of the spa. Unfortunately people can't roam between the areas, so I can only share the Deluxe Spa experience, which is amazing! ?
The Spa is situated on the bank of Lake Rotorua and offers some gorgeous views ?
In the Deluxe package there are five mineral pools ranging from 38 to 41 degrees Celcius ?including a cold plunge pool ? for hydrotherapy to detoxify, alternating between the four spring alkaline mineral hot pools. It also features a Priest Spring acidic mineral hot pool, known to help relieve muscle aches and pains and to nourish the skin ?βΊ
There are some very comfy geothermally heated recliners. With this package they also offer premium changing facilities with a rain shower head, towels, secure lockers, beautiful soap, shampoo, conditioner, and hairdryers are also provided ?
There are family pools, and individual private pools, which I couldn't enter into, but the options are there. The place is so idyllic and the water is so soothing and relaxing. Time just melts away, with the aches, pains, and stresses of the world ???

β β β β β Went around 5pm on a cold rainy and the spa is the perfect place.
The water is about 40deg, perfect temperature for soaking. Splurge a little to get the lake view private room and it's totally worth it!
The view of the lake is stunning, we were lucky to see the rainbow and watch the sunset, the whole thing is incredibly relaxing and totally warms up the body.

β β β β β This was a great experience. We booked a 2 hour treatment. Soak and massage.
Facilities were nice and clean. My masseur was great kind and communicated well. She made sure I was comfortable at all times. Views are breath taking. On my to do list in winter.
