β β β β β I would like to give these guys my absolute thumbs up . My son passed in Bali trying to save his girlfriend from drowning so he jumped in after her and at that very moment our world turned upside down . Changed forever . So you can imagine being somewhere in a foreign country and all you want to do is bring them home . But at that time they couldnt find his body so heartbreaking . When it was time to bring him home we rang home to NZ to find a funeral director who will receive him and check him make sure everything was ok . The prices were way out of our reach . They priced us up to $10 - 15000$ . We had a Give a little page and that had already paid for other related funeral costs . My son in-law kepa never gave up and made a call on the run ( time wasn't on our side ) . It had to be god sent . He rang Haven Falls omg thank you Lord and thank you Haven Falls . Without hesitation they offered to take it on for love . For love imagine that nobody does that , but they did . We are still on the mend and still broken but they made our lives a whole lot easier .They were so professional , outstanding in everything they did . I'm so sorry it took this long to post this . But from the bottom of my heart and on behalf of my whanau April,kepa,Dad,MinnieCajun,Rita,Cruz,Ginamarie,TheGraceWhanau,Harim,Sara The River thank you . We are ever so grateful .

Alan, Billy and the team have been like angels sent to me at this terrible time. They have all gone so far beyond what is expected to help me and my family. The Funeral home itself gives you that comfortable and relax atmosphere to deal your our Family grieving our beloved Family Member..Allen and Michelle and their Team are very PROFESSIONAL . Compare to our Fathers funeral with Morrison,HAVEN FALLS is by far the best. Allen,you are very understanding of our custom of how to arrange a funeral. Your attention to details is super.

For your total kindness, commitment & patients to assisting us to give dad the send off he deserved as eclectic as he was. An ex Hell's Angel Bike Rider and then Hare Krishna Devotee along with father to 3 Maori children and many many grand, great, great great grandchildren. Thank you for allowing all of our dads life to be part of his farewell service and catering for all of us in your Henderson premises. We are truly and eternally grateful.
We cant recommend Haven Falls highly enough to others if you want support that requires an acceptance of outside the square.

β β β β β I felt so comfortable within the surrounding. The music and peacefulness. The staff made us so welcomed and were informative about our needs to celebrate the passing of our friend. The catering was outstanding. A marvelous place and outstanding service.
