★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I absolutely LOVE this place! I always walk out feeling great. The service is awesome, the ladies are so friendly and kind … and my mani pedi combo? The photo speaks for itself! People always compliment me on how pretty my nails are. This place is so good I hate going anywhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acrylic nail removal experience - The staff were grumpy - uncommunicative when I let them know the acetone was being slopped over my hands and wrists, burnt my nails with the dirty looking nail drill then cut my into my nail deeply while using cuticle clippers to roughly cut off the acrylic. They then yelled at other and someone else finished off the job but still managed to leave bits of acrylic on. They gave me $10 as a refund but damaged my natural nails. Totally unprofessional. I won't be going back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I could literally give them 0 stars if i had too. SAVE YOURSELF the time and money and avoid this place. Expensive for a very careless and half done job. We took a regular manicure and were highly disappointed - the staff were unfriendly, didn't have a smile, spoke in their local language and seemed to be in a hurry to get the job done. The nail polish started chipping off within hours of getting it done. SO BAD. WON'T EVER VISIT OR RECOMMEND.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't go here! My daughter, very wisely said we shouldn't go in as they had bad reviews, but I thought they couldn't be that bad as their counterparts at St Lukes are amazing. Was I wrong! A terrible job and so looooong!1 hours and 15 minutes!! Firstly, no one checked our vaccine passes when we arrived and paid. They left me in tin foiled covered fingers with nail remover for about 10 minutes because they decided halfway through my session, to do my pedicure. I asked them to remove it as my fingers were burning! They seemed peeved at doing so. They fluffed around and I had 4 different women do my pedicure and in the end I had to tell them what to do. There was no liner in the pedicure bath so they cleaned the bowl with spray and wipe with with me still sitting in the pedicure chair and no polish on my toes still! My shellac manicure was terrible. They did everything back to front. I came out stressed and unhappy. I will never go there again and neither should you. Overpriced for what they provide, the staff look miserable and are rude. It's like going into a morgue as there's no music or light banter. Truly the worst experience I've had in a salon.

Eyelashes always done with care, lash lady is very friendly an takes time to talk & see what you want. Does reasonably good job considering time an price.
Other than that, wouldn't recommend for nails at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Myself and my friend went to get our nails done for the first time. We had acrylic nail tips fixed and did gel nail colour on it. Firstly the staff does not talk. That makes us more uncomfortable to communicate with them about our needs or doubts. Doing it for the first time I had several doubts but never felt comfortable asking them. The very next day after getting it done I could see the nail colour bumping from my nail on my toes and on my thumb. The edges are not done well on my thumbs. Will never go back.
