I paid $100 for volume eyelashes extensions. A week later most of the lashes have come off. I would save my money and go to get them done professionally. Don't waste your time here. Just hungus for money

The salon improved temporarily after the new salon opened but now service is very hit or miss. Some of the younger staff seem to be better skilled and more professional than the older ones. The salon seems dirty - stations don't look like they have been cleaned, acrylic liquid had stuff floating in it. That, plus the unwelcoming vibe, felt like they didn't want customers. I had my nails done today (acrylic infill with gel polish) and the technician's technique was bizarre - using a file to take polish off my fingers, extending a tip with acrylic but without a form (she was about to leave it 1/2 inch thick until I called her on it), and when the topcoat didn't work she used oil to cover up the dullness. Definitely not worth $50 (which I had to pay before starting). There are plenty of other salons nearby and others in Sylvia Park. Don't waste your time and money here.

I had my nails done here. 3 of my nails broke the same day. I had to tell the lady how to do her job. The paint job was terrible. I wouldn’t recommend this place for acrylics tbh xx

Very bad experience. Not professional at all. They kept rotating staff for 1 job, my finger and toe nails were done by 5 different people which was so odd. And the 4th person left without even telling the next person what is done and what is left to be done. Nail polish started peeling off in 3 days. Waste of money.

My natural lashes are ruined after only 2 visits! I’m convinced the lash lady who done my lashes was not a qualified lash tech. She spilt the glue in my hair but she also glued inconsistently some fake lashes were glued onto one natural lash, others were glued in bundles! To multiple lashes! Causing LOTS of my natural lashes to come out. Do not go here for lashes. Will not be returning.

Went today for dip powder nails. Seated quickly, but had a nail technician with an attitude problem. She muttered something while walking away, then when she got back was annoyed I hadn’t picked a colour. I told her I hadn’t quite heard her so apologised and went to pick a colour for which she was highly impatient. I paid for extensions and told the guy at the counter, but she asked me something unintelligible, and when I asked her what she said, she was very annoyed to repeat the question which was “you do on real nails?”. I clarified if she meant ‘do I want extensions or not’ and she again was rude in confirming that’s what she meant. I explained to her I’d already paid for extensions and yes I do want those. She then asked me again if I’d paid the extension price which I said yes and pointed at the guy at the counter and explained I’ve just paid that man. Kept throwing my hands around as if annoyed. Speaking in another language with the other staff, rude to customers and laughing to each other. She sneezed four or five times, and didn’t cleanse her hands before returning to touch mine. Wasn’t wearing her mask for the initial part of the interaction. Rough handling of my hands. Glued the nail to my skin on at least 6 out of 10 fingers. Cut the acrylic extensions with scissors and cut my finger in the process. Blamed the nails being short. The nails looked mediocre at the end. Overall experience was poor. I would never go back there again. The Professionail near Shoe Science and Life Pharmacy. Don’t go there. Had a young nail technician with a fringe and pointed black-and-white tuxedo nails.

Our gift-card purchased by our friend as gift clearly outlined to be eligible for redemption at Sylvia park branch but this branch doesn’t accept it due to their franchise ownership. Their duty manager wasn’t not even in store when we tried to escalate the issue. It is very disappointed that this business is not accountable for their service to customer and no responsible for pre-paid service.

Today I got a set of acrylic nails in the Silvia park mall in Auckland and I walked in and noticed that they had no professional equipment and was very dirty inside. The lady I had was very rude and rough with my nails she cut and filled my skin at-least 10 times, then used scissors to cut my acrylic nails which is very unprofessional and almost cut my fingers, the lady also rushed my set of nails they were done within 25 minutes and when I went back and complained she was very rude and grabbed my hands very forcefully. I am not happy with my nails or this place I recommend you do not go there!!
