★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got both a pedicure and manicure last week. This was my first time treating myself to these. The pedicure was ok despite the unfriendly service. The lady doing my manicure was rude and completely rushed it. They barely spoke to me the whole time and appeared demanding. The nail polish started chipping off 2 days post manicure. Once completing the manicure some staff sat down the end drinking, eating and socialising which I kind of think is unprofessional. Definitely wouldn’t come back here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I walked in and got served straight away. The lady was not very chatty although she was still very nice. She did my nails very well. They are smooth, well painted and the exact shape and length I asked for. They could definitely be better quality but overall I am very pleased with my nails.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Because the lady doing my pedicure was so busy chit chatting she didn’t buff enough to get rid of dead cells so when I pointed out instead of buffing she got a blade and peeled my skin off without even asking. Now it’s stinging thanks to you. May be a bit of energy while massaging and cleaning would have been better and let’s not even go to the hygiene. She cleaned one of her tools in the same water in which I dipped my feet. Way to go guys. Never had such a bad experience with spa pedicure anywhere else

I had to remove my old powder nails, she hurted me so much and so many times I had to ask her to stop. She didnt apologize, she just said " I would have to soak them but will take long time" . Like really???!!! Thats what you were supussed to do from the begging!!
She was ripping my nails out using the edge of a fake nail to separate my natural ones from the fake one.
Man, I would never come back here and I wish someone do something to close this place.
I told another woman she is hurting me!!! Can you do something!!?? She just looked and me and looked down and never did anything. Omg. Shocking. And paid so much money for this, and please, look at the photos of the result, I think my 8 year old nephew can do it better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Missed half the nail, didn’t file my nails so they are now catching on everything I touch and they didn’t wait for my nails to dry before putting on the top coat. To remove my last gel polish they scraped my nails instead of soaking it. So much so, that It hurt my nail bed! 10/10 would not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is so poor. I told lady to remove dead skin around nails, she replied that,' Do it yourself'.
When I said, Why I paid 55$ if I have to do myself!!. She was very rude. The whole time they were talking in their own language and not focusing on service. When I said I do not like the service as their is still some dead skin on my feet. She said do not come here again and offered me 10$ refund. She misbehaved with me and removed nail paint which was done on one foot. Extremely disappointented.
Do not recommend this place at all. Kindly save your time and money guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came in at 4:30 with them closing at 5pm. My whole service was rushed. The lady made 4 of my fingers bleed. Half way through painting my first hand another member of the store turned the lights off. She left paint around the outside of my finger and told me that I could clean it off when I got home. Wouldn’t recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Lady doing my nails was so sweet and so lovely. we had an awesome conversation and it was all just very welcoming and comfortable. I don't think this place deserves as many negative reviews as it has. Ended up. with super cute nails and left if an even better mood than when I walked in. Overall my experience was a solid 10/10
