★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty nice and modern, rooms have an industrial feel to it, a lot of concrete and steel make up the bones of the place. Restaurant is on point no cap! And the rooftop bar is pretty swish too..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gorgeous new boutique hotel in great location however, parking is an issue. There is very few hotel parks so you need to use public carparking. Walking in the wind/rain with garment bag plus luggage is inconvenient. Roof top bar was full when we returned from the Show and the bar downstairs closes incredibly early. Breakfast was included but they charged $6 for orange juice!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First night at the qt hotel gifted for my birthday. Had quite a pleasant experience walking into to 2 free cocktail vouchers and snacks. I really Enjoyed the atmosphere upstairs however, I feel though guests should be more prioritised on entry. Overall really enjoyed my stay and would recommend to others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here for the first time with a group of friends and was absolutely blown away. First off the staff & customer service was amazing they were so nice, friendly and accomodating. Rooms were stunning! Beds were super comfy, could not find any fault from my stay. Rooftop bar was a must. We spontaneously decided to check it out at midnight on Saturday. Best decision ever! Customer service was once again outstanding and the whole experience was great. We all really enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning. Thanks QT team!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful hotel - both the communal spaces and rooms. Cocktails and food at the rooftop is a must do - they'll recommend a cocktail for you and sometimes make off menu too. The staff were all AMAZING - everyone from the bar and restaurant staff, reception team, and housekeeping. Nice touch with cake pops for a special birthday. We'll be back - QT has taken the top spot of Auckland hotels for us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent staff that go above and beyond for you! From top management to cleaning staff, and Amazing staff at restaurant and bars also. And of course last but not least, the junior suite we had was beautiful and quirky with beautiful artworks. High end bathroom, bathroom products. Beds to die for and sheets, pillows are quality. Beautiful personal touches throughout the room with the most amazing minibar you’ve ever seen. We will always come back here now because you will not find about place like this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed there for Valentines Day weekend and the service, vibe, and rooms were fantastic. Starting from the front desk, the employee escorted us to the parking to ensure we were okay. Then he carried our luggage despite not being a porter. The check in was smooth, the beds were unbelievably comfortable. Had the best sleep I had in weeks. Great selection of breakfast items on the main floor. Rooftop patio was good. Not the greatest vegetarian food selection and the cocktails were a bit on the pricier side but you pay for the view and the vibe which makes it worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed at QT for one night with my wife. The room was nicely presented and had all the essentials you would expect.
Rooftop bar was great. It was Friday night and it was relatively busy there. At first we were seated inside at the back of the room (near kitchen), which was fine and we didn't mind it. When a table became available outside a waitress asked if we wanted to move to it. Nice move as we got to seat in a better place. Service staff were also very attentive for drinks replacement, water top ups, etc. A++
In the morning we had breakfast at their restaurant which had a nice decor and again staff were very attentive. Coffee arrived quickly, strong and exactly how I like it.
Check out process was not-memorable and could be improved upon. Especially since it was not busy and a simple "How was everything with your stay?" would have left a positive finishing note.
All in all, we were very happy with our stay and it was not that expensive.
We will definitely stay there again (over nearby Sofitel) and highly recommend QT to others
