★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredibly disrespectful host/manager. I’m a big believer in it not being what you say, but the way you say it. Not only did he act horribly toward us, but he followed us as we tried to leave, making nasty comments and acting abrasively. We were guests in the hotel and frankly I find this kind of behaviour unacceptable. As a fellow hospitality worker I won’t be back.
I hope you guys find some better management, we have no problem with rules and restrictions, but basic human kindness should be #1.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The guy behind the bar had the personality of a napkin- he essentially ignored me while I stood there waiting for him to take my order. It was a Friday afternoon and not busy at all… I was the only one at the bar. Customer service makes or breaks a place and he was rude. After years living overseas, I was keen to check it out, but wasn’t impressed with the general vibe at all. Wouldn’t waste your time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful rooftop bar for cocktail in the sunset. Interesting decor in bathrooms. Covid, may have impacted being short staffed. But overall a lovely place to visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For something advertised as a rooftop bar there is very limited rooftop seating. We went hoping for a great view but approx 80% of the tables were indoors with limited view. We were seated at a table where we could see absolutely nothing other than other tables so it kind of defeated the purpose of going to a rooftop bar. We gave up waiting for an outdoor seat after an hour and a half. Cocktails were okay but nothing special considering the price paid for them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had the best time! A big thanks to all of the staff for looking after us so well… we had a girls trip from Hamilton and immediately were welcomed and shown to a great table. All of the staff were so friendly and welcoming. The vibe and the atmosphere was amazing. A special mention to Andy- he knew exactly what drinks to recommend to us after describing to him what we felt like and always got us the perfect drink. He was such a great host and really made our night. We can’t wait to come back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommend to come early to get a table outside (between 3-4.30pm especially on a Friday and Saturday) if you're after sunshine/sunsets and nice views. The host and the service staff was great. Everyone very attentative. Always made sure to check up on us and top up our water. The cocktails were done quick and looked amazing. Almost all of them had a very unique look. Definitely a bit more pricey but that's totally normal in a (hotel) rooftop bar. Definitely still worth it though!
