★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Real fun experience. Dean was a great bartender, chief with banter and good vibes. Went early evening as a family excursion and all had a great time. The mocktails were delicious, too. Everyone loved smashing their ice glasses at the end. Would definitely go again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pretty different experience that was definitely worth doing, the ic carving are pretty spectacular and even the drinks that are used are solid ice , give it a go you won't be disappoint ???❤️?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We absolutely loved the experience and would do it all over again AND AGAIN if we could. Only downside (if you could call it that) is that they are based in Queenstown and I’m in Auckland, so means that I need to go down to experience the atmosphere that the team create. There are a few ice bars there, but it’s the Minus 5 crew that made it all the more special.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Truly the closest thing to Scott's Base. Nice drinks, beautiful sculptures. Works of art in ice. It may be freezing cold, but the team's smiles and friendliness keeps you warm. (By the way, I asked for their strongest mocktail).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff are friendly and high energy. Drinks were delicious!! Cocktails and shots were both great. Lots of ice sculpters and things to look at whilst inside, colour changing lights and good tunes made the experience even better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We enjoyed our experience here! The allocated time for each group is more than enough, as you really DO get cold. Drinks were nice and strong (but a bit pricey) and sculptures are a work of art.
The overall atmosphere is fun as well, the light changes every few seconds and music is playing which gives it a party vibe while you‘re in there.
Awesome little touch is when you get to smash your ice cup at the end! Wish the room itself was a little bigger with more sculptures.
