★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impecable customer service from a multicultural team. Great room and facilities. My room was facing Dee Street, however with the secondary double glazing I couldn’t hear the building works across the road. I’ll now make this my go stay when in town every twelve weeks. Top effort guys.

Reception staff were friendly and welcoming.
Decor was modern.
Room itself was not exactly clean.
Previous guest must have spilt peanuts on the ground which weren’t vacuumed up before our stay. Our one year old daughter found these and almost choked on one.
Very dusty. Bathroom hadn’t been scrubbed as there was a red scum/mildew build up on the sealed areas.
The central location was great during the day but horrendous at night time. Bogans/boy racers were driving around in laps, with loud exhausts fill at least 2am and was heard very clearly from our room.
Bed was quite uncomfortable.
No couch - only 2 arm chairs.
Wouldn’t stay here again.
