However they cannot control the hotel guests/housing NZ clients as they smoke in the rooms/off balconies out the front of the lobby, the hallways reek of weed or cigarettes. Please do something about this. It is disgusting.

Negatives; west facing the motorway. Very noisy. No aircon and room was closed up. Screaming hot, fan didn't cool room. Ridiculous steps in middle of the room. Wouldn't stay again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 stars for the front of house staff, couldn't have been more helpful and lovely. The 2 Room apartment was perfect for our brief stay. Shower and beds excellent. Added bonus of being non-discriminatory
