★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usually love this store. But this visit was a click and collect. I had recieved the emails that my order was ready for pick up so I drove to Botany to collect it. NOPE! When I showed my emails with the order and number, only part of my order was there. This is very frustrating as I do not live in Botany and went because my whole order was apparantly ready for pick up. I do not know how I am supposed to know when the rest of my order will be ready because they have already sent me confirmation emails.
WASTE OF A TRIP TBH

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rebel sports is one of the better equipped sports stores in town. If you want variety and a range of goods rather than a brand specialty store like Adidas or Nike, you would find what you are looking for at Rebel Sports.
I think that Rebel Sports and Briscoes are sister companies and they tend to run sales together at the same time - so if you see a sale going on at Briscoes, it makes sense to pop by Rebel Sports if you are looking for some sports gear.
Staff are attentive and helpful and I notice that they stock foam rollers now as well - a rather unique piece of equipment usually only found in very specialised sports stores and physio clinics.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always a good range of sporting gear and clothing. Staff are usually helpful but on this visit were hard to find (Christmas Season). Being a larger person, I found it hard to find clothes in the right size.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was almost closing time when I dashed in to get a few more things for a grandies birthday. I'm sure the staff were wanting to wind down for the day. But they were so genuinely helpful and very friendly. Thank you guys and girls. The grandie loved his goodies and I'll be back for the next grandie ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called in to see if they had stock of the product I wanted , a young lady had picked up already sounding mad . I already knew just by her tone she was going to be no help. I was actually shocked by how passive aggressive she was towards me within the whole 10 minutes we spoke.
Rude front staff
Don’t bother coming here unless you want to be called racial slurs!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow spend $600 instore and walk out the door to be accosted by a security guard and be suspected and accused as a thief?? Whats wrong with security today? .. unbelievable.. stooping to new insulting lows Rebel Sport? Guess you don't value other business owners shopping in your store. Walk in have a great experience only for it to be totally ruined by overreaching presumptuous security guards. Just like discount chemist up the road rummaging thru good peoples bags mean while the real thieves are getting away what a joke. You can keep your goods thanks wont be shopping here again. Therr does seem to be a theme running here and other stores with a particular type of security guard. Generally they appear to be over weight unshaven not proficient in the english language and give off an air of intimidation and aggressiveness. Its as if you have employed thugs to find thieves.. as a business owner I would have thought youd want to welcome shoppers and not scare them away. I suggest you really take a good hard look at that. Now we take our business to Line 7 and Kathmandu. Give yourselves a pat on the back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome experience at this branch. All staff that I have dealt with directly have been very helpful and professional. A special thanks to Josie who kindly helped me with my requests and Xavier for his exceptional Customer service and patience with my situation last night. One of the best Rebel Sports experience so far. One thing I just got want to point out is some staff need to smile more, especially when around customers as you need to give off a friendly impression, not a serious, unapproachable one. Besides that, great service here and I would highly recommend this branch. ?
