★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Picked up a duvet cover set and winter flanellete bed sheet set during the Queens Birthday sale. Staff were very helpful in helping me decide which set of sheets to pick. Layout of shop is ideal. Will come again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So many lovely items and Very Very competitive prices I was spoilt for choice, going back today got some smashing ideas very roomy shop well lit comfortable to walk around used to go to competition never again I have it all here really pleased I went for a wander around it paid dividends, highly recommend if only for a look see it is very tempting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cant remember the name of the staff she was helping me to do stock transfer from the other store (i felt she is helpful thats lovely) and didnt ask me to pay for it. (Showing 2 of the size i wanted in the system but they cant find it at the back of their storeroom) . Before i leave i have asked her to confirmed if the stock will come as I dont need to go to get myself . Thats a big board telling the price ($35). I didnt asked when is the sale ends my bad.
I came in the store after two days ( was passing by somewhere near to the store so i just pop in).
I believe the so called missing stock( two days ago) came on the shelf. ( I asked if it was from the other store)
I have told them my order and they asked me if the staff has written on a folder.- thats your store procedure how I know. Their response making me so stress cause I recalled she written on a note paper. But yea my stock transfer request form is inside the folder.Anyway, I told them I can take that one off the shelf instead of waiting the stock transfer. -what the point waiting the same thing coming when thats available in store. (Been asking more than twice if i want to wait for the stock transfer and i have explained again and again). BBB prefer customer keep coming in?? During payment been asked to pay for the member price ($63+) instead $35 and i refused. Carol said i need to pay on the day (and they didnt adviced me to do so during the request maybe they afraid system faulty again? Thats my thought. I will pay if them ask to). She refused to change the price and sounds making thats all my fault. I used to love shopping in BBB however she made me feel very uncomfortable and disappointed in the way she serving customer. Unpleasant experience !

Theo ordered two for me from stores outside Auckland after one week, and still give me the discount price. Amazing store with amazing people.

They usually have massive sale too so watch out for this! Staff are friendly and always on the go which is one of my personal checklist when going and rating a store. Visit this store and you might want to redecorate your home or upgrade your current one! Highly recommended place, will always be back! ?

She was really disinterested in helping me, she needs more training in customer service, did not acknowledge me, but the saving grace from 1 stars was a young girl named Kayla who helped me find exactly what I was looking for. More training for your management.
