I had the express microdermabrasian treatment with LED light. My therapist Evelyn had great knowledge and skill with explaining each step throughout the process. She even showed me the dead skin cells which makes me want to get regular treatments. Highly recommend this treatment & branch. Thank you

I have never written a Google Review before so this will be very long! But it will tell you why The Cosmetic Clinic is the best out there when it comes to your body insecurities and confidence! No sufficient words can explain my love for the Cosmetic Clinic. It all started when I was so self-conscious about underarm hair growth and I came to Cosmetic Clinic Sylvia for the 12 sessions laser hair treatment with Trevina back when I was in high school and all the promises of hair loss/reduction have been fulfilled that I don't really find the need to shave at all compared to having to shave almost everyday! I know Trevina works in Botany now so this is the perfect time for me to show my (very overdue) gratitude. The pandemic (potentially hormonal or neglect too) has resulted in my terrible acne and considerable amount of stretch marks from weight gain that I needed any help I could get. The Botany branch was a lot closer to me this time so I had consultation to help reduce visibility of my stretch marks through micro-needling (sorry I forgot who it was!) with a therapist that was incredibly helpful and easy to talk to that I didn't need to second guess it. After 3 sessions, I'm already seeing signs of improvement regarding my stretch marks. I'm 23 now with extra money to spend that I ended up purchasing another combination deal I saw (while at consultation) of laser hair for Brazilian & half-legs that I had FOMO if I didn't get it. For the stretch mark needling and laser treatments I have the lovely Preet who is incredibly approachable and considerate, always counting down to help prepare myself before turning the needle on so the process is less painful. Once again, their laser treatment has impressed me as I'm already seeing evident results just with the 3 of 12 treatments I got. This is evident proof that this clinic has the best staff, services, deals, rewards and payment options! Their club program also allowed me to purchase some extra treatments for free! As for my acne, a skin clinic that was recommended by my friend did not help as much as I would like and essentially spent so much money with minimal results and had products that only made it worst. I was a bit apprehensive of trying another clinic after my recent experience from *redacted* (literally finished my treatments with them 2 weeks before going to a TCC consultation), but I wanted to give it another go with TCC because they have never failed me before. That day I decided was the day I met Janice, and she was so determined to help me out and knowledgable that she was the one who told me that the products recommended by *redacted* skin clinic has been more harmful than helpful. I confirmed this ever since I started using TCC's Balense products that my skin suits its ingredients and hardly has any breakouts! I'm always learning something new whenever Janice is doing my treatments as she's always ready to answer my questions and even tell me each process of the treatment that I was never able to know before. I came to the *redacted* clinic not knowing what I was in for or what they're putting on my face but The Cosmetic Clinic was the game-changer. I'm really enjoying the overall microdermabrasion, peels and needling sessions with Janice. Janice is such a great asset and a hidden gem for the TCC Botany team with her extended knowledge, amazing advice and passion for her job that I could possibly even trust her with my whole life! So thankful for her and I appreciate her help in gaining back my skin confidence. I have no regrets! Disclaimer that this is just from my own experiences and the treatments I'm getting are not exactly cheap, so it may not resonate with everyone. But if you have the means to splurge on these luxury services to find solutions, I would go to a clinic that offers all the services I need with a variety of payment options like Afterpaying majority of my treatments as well as reaping GREAT results. For me, the clinic that does all that it is The Cosmetic Clinic Botany. Love you guys!

I had the best experience yesterday with my first laser treatment in two different places. Evelyn did my treatment and was super professional and ensured that I had/understood all the information I needed before starting. The process went smoothly and I definitely look forward to my next appointment. Highly recommend ?

Would highly recommend Janice for laser hair removal. She ensures that the treatment is comfortable and painless by asking throughout the treatment and also taking extra care with every step. Janice also went the extra mile to check if the treatment was okay the following day, via a phone call. Very good service and care :)

Love this clinic! All the team have wonderful customer service and take the time to greet you on arrival, On my last visit I had Maryam do my laser, she was so lovely! Regularly checked up on me throughout the process and was very thorough! Just finished my laser hair removal session with Janice and she is so amazing! She is super informative and has a wealth of knowledge. Her customer service is unmatched - she made sure I was comfortable and regularly checked on me throughout the session to ensure I wasn’t in any pain or experiencing discomfort. I would highly recommend booking in with her. The laser hair removal treatment to is so much faster and painless compared to waxing or shaving.
