3 trips to the store. 45mins on the phone. Only to be told my items have been canceled for no explicable reason. On top of that, charged $3 for the pleasure, staff were rude, and the shops a mess.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in for a pair of ski gloves today. I approached a staff who was relabelling some merchandise in the isle. She was not at all interested and was still moving back and forth between the shelf and her trolly. In the end she just said no they don’t stock them. I have visited this store a few times and have always been rather unimpressed with the lack of product knowledge in some of their staff so instead of taking her word for it, I approached a staff at the counter and was told where the gloves were which was literally 5m away from where the first staff was. I have given it 3 stars purely due to the second staff’s helpfulness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service sucks, staff not approachable and have that don’t bother me attitude. Staff were too worried about me and my daughter not wearing mask when exempt and showed proof. Then I hear staff members back chat me and my exemption!
Please worry about retraining staff on customer service and clean your untidy store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service is extremely poor. Staff are unhelpful. The click and collect process was ridiculous. Phoned ahead to let them know im on my way and provided my order details etc. arrived to the store and was told I should’ve received 2 emails and if I hadn’t then my items were not in the store. At this point i was annoyed because a.) this woman didn’t even look at me and b.) just wanted to brush me off without even asking me for any of my details etc. to check my order on their system. I obviously wouldn’t have called into the store if I hadn’t received notice that my goods were available for me to collect. She found the order after numerous attempts of getting my name right and then ignored me and got some other unhelpful person to grab my gear.
Walked around the store to look at other footwear. Asked a couple of staff for some assistance and they too were very unhelpful.
Finally headed to the line and overheard another staff member telling off my kid off, directing them not to go anywhere near the treadmill. FYI they were nowhere near the damn thing.
Overall, this store in manukau needs to train their staff or employ new staff. These people don’t know what they’re doing. Patrons don’t come to the store to be ignored or mistreated.

The lady who helped me on Thursday was very accommodating as I was looking for the other pair of a shoe I wanted but it looked like it was the last pair. She already looked busy but still went to the back to check and also the other rows to see if she can possibly find it but no luck. I could tell she really wanted to find it as she took a long time to hopefully find it but no luck. She gave more more info too regarding other Rebel Sports branches and can check the stock if wanted. She was super helpful and grateful for her service. Thank you so much! It's service like that that ensure I return. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They sell different brands of sports gears On one side is the clearance and the rest of the store have a variety of exercising equipments and accessories! The shop looks the same since they open their doors many moons ago. The shoes area always looks untidy!
