★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Furniture quality is very poor. Within few months it started staining even if a drop of water fell. Non cleanable. Delivery of furniture was horrible timing too. Now I'm needing to get it re fabriced from elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would give negative stars if I could. In all my time shopping I have never encountered service as bad is this. I ordered a dining table, coffee table and chairs. All which were supposed to be delivered in 2 weeks from purchase date. And on delivery which we paid $500 extra for, only the dining table was delivered. They also delivered it late. They told us it would arrive between 12-1 but instead came at 4 on top of that their delivery guys were very rude. After speaking in the phone we came to an agreement that we would receive 2 free ornaments for decoration. We came all the way from Hamilton only for them to refuse. Never seen service this disgusting before. Just steer clear from this place if you want hassle free shopping.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have very bad experience with them. I bought dining table with 6 chairs , coffee table and some other stuff. They promised me , they will be delivered with 2 to 3 weeks . When they delivered 1 chair was damaged. It’s more than 2 months gone , I am still waiting for chair. They always make now excuse. I m so disappointed.?

The special ordered dining table arrived and was delivered; Defects were reported but Alex their representative refused to acknowledge the damage and defects visible on the table. Made photos and video and took it to their showroom still he would not agree to fix or provide a replacement table. Matter will be taken up with Relevant authorities under Consumer Guarantees Act; Under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 ('CGA'), you have guaranteed legal rights for goods and services you buy.
These are called 'consumer guarantees', and include the following:
a guarantee that the goods are of acceptable quality, such that the goods are:
fit for all the purposes for which goods of that type are commonly supplied.
free from minor defects.
Safe.
durable; and
acceptable in appearance and finish.
a guarantee that the goods are fit for any particular purpose made known by you, or for which we represent that they are or will be fit;
a guarantee that the goods correspond with any description with which the goods are supplied; and
a guarantee that the goods correspond with any sample or demonstration model where the goods are supplied by reference to such sample or model.
If the goods (or services∥ we supply do not meet a consumer guarantee, we will meet our obligations under the CGA to provide a remedy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst company to deal with. Dishonest way selling their product. Person serves don't take responsibility after selling for delivery or faulty products. Manager don't response to messages or phone calls. Easy for them to say 'No English '. Be Careful if dealing with this company. Very poor customer services and very easily lies to customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really had an awesome experience in this shop. Benny, the sales guy, was very helpful and accommodating. He provided all the information we needed and has assisted us all the way. We never have seen a person that patient and very willing to assist. Benny is highly commendable. And if you're looking for a furniture, visit AEQ in Manukau and look for Benny!
