β β β β β bought a product and was told it will arrive in a month. I contacted them after a month as they did not, and was told the date of arrival has changed without any notice or apology. Now it has been nearly 2 months and I still don't have a single notice on my purchase. Astonishingly poor after services!

Next i get a call they saying they cant supply the product either take your money back or take display one coz Harvey Norman has the product now . So why the quotation and payments was taken and on top delivery was arranged very poor service by botany branch

β β β β β Whats worse than the constant Smeg product issues is the unbelievably bad customer service from Kitchen Things. My advice is don''t buy Smeg and certainly don''t buy from Kitchen Things North Shore. They do not return calls or provide support when the products they sell fail.

β β β β β I have just called Kitchen Things North Shore about a problem with a Franke faucet. They coould not have been more helpful. When I called they had all the details of the products we have bought from them based on the phone number I was calling from. When the product did not come up under this number we located it under an alternative number. Invoice has been emailed so I can now make a warranty claim with Franke.

β β β β β Without a doubt the worst online shopping experience I've ever had. Placed two separate orders for different goods (both of which were "in stock" items). Both orders were delayed due to "we are combining the delivery of both orders". After 3 weeks the truck finally arrives, but only with 1 of the orders. No communication was ever initiated from Kitchen Things regarding the delays, we had to personally follow up ourselves always getting a vague excuse. We were even told 3 days prior to delivery that both orders were in the same shipment and will be delivered together.
In the end we asked for a refund for the undelivered first order, and after no response to two emails, and four weeks later we rang and demanded our money back. Magically it only took them 24 hrs to process the refund.
I will never shop at Kitchen Things again, and would never recommend anyone to purchase from them given how terrible their customer service and after sales communication is.

β β β β β The absolute worst customer service I have come across. The sales people are knowledgeable and helpful, but we had to chase to get a quote. When the quote came through it was missing items that weβd agreed on in the showroom. When we went to place the order we were advised a number of items were out of stock so we had to choose different ones or go with another supplier.
We ordered about six months in advance but when it came to delivery the items were delayed by weeks which delayed our cabinet maker being able to start. Now we have a house that is finished except for the kitchen because of Kitchen Things, so we canβt move in. This is particularly heartbreaking after being delayed by COVID, but especially difficult because our builder has been proactive in trying to make sure suppliers deliver on time - Kitchen Things is the only one that has been this disappointing.
I would recommend people only buy from Kitchen Things as an absolute last resort if they want a specific items and canβt find it anywhere else - but even then, no guarantee that the items will be in stock or delivered!
P.S. I tried to call and share this feedback over the phone, but the phone call got diverted to a centralised system that picks up overflow calls. Perhaps this tells you all you need to know about how much care Kitchen Things have (or donβt have) for their customers.
UPDATE: I emailed the business, as requested in their reply to my review, but a week later they havenβt responded
