★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service! The man was rude and obnoxious and clearly is not a customer service person. Takes a very long time to get jewelry repaired even though promises quick service when taking the work. Never will I or the people I know and tell of my experience use this business again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service. It is great to see a goldsmith in Taupo. The atelier is in the back of the shop for all to see which gives it a cool vibe.
I went to see a nearby jeweller first but I was treated over politely and knew I was being ripped off. Once I started questioning the pricing I was being snubbed ...
The service at Rocks and Diamonds was the opposite. Straightforward, no nonsense and a reasonable quote for my valuation. These are real trades people who make beautiful jewellery and know their stuff.
I will definitely come back and recommend this jeweller to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This time I had a ring resized at Rocks and Diamonds. Definitely nowhere near as valuable as my previous piece but it is important to me. The work is so exceptional my ring came back looking completely new! I, once again, could not be happier with their work and professionalism. I am a great believer in shop local and this team makes this so easy to do.

I got a wedding band made that didn't fit perfectly due to my engagement ring and wedding band being thick, and they happily resized both rings for me. We bought a ring for hubby off the shelf at their shop and they resized it for us twice, no hassle.
