★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rockshop has been around for such a long time, and every one of them has barely changed, which is not a bad thing at all. I enjoy the conversations that I am able to have with the staff, and their service is commendable. Prices are steadily rising, which is not great, but understandable.
Rockshop provides us with this strange sense of familiarity that prevents other music stores from rising to the top, which is exactly why I will be going back to Rockshop next time my guitars need checkups.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to the Rockshop to look at buying a guitar to gift for my wife who has never played the guitar (and I'm not a guitar player myself) and wanted to learn. The advice I got from the store assistant was very useful and got me to think about things that I as a non guitar player didn't even consider to think about.
Needless to say, the store assistant was very patient and didn't just suggest for me to buy the most expensive guitar they had, but took the time to understand what I was looking for and the guitar I got for my wife? Well she loves it!
Thank you so much for making this first time guitar buyers experience a pleasant one! I highly recommend this store!
