★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Basic accommodation, if you want to cook you need to bring your own cooker, only a microwave. The best part of the apartment was the outdoor spa, and the hairdryer, needs a major upgrade into the modern era. We stayed 2nights, that was enough....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cleanliness especially bathroom wasn't good. Things were very worn and dated. . Also members of my family suffered bad allergies whenever in the room unsure why. Not what should be expected of a popular tourist destintion in New Zealand. For price would not return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absalutly discusting!! Have reported to health and safety! Do not stay here if u can help it. This place made me and my baby very sick with a chest infection i ended up needing medical attention.the mould and smell was unreal and the bathroom floors were gross. The 4plug on the ground was quiet litterally black and our bed linen was stained.I tried to say i was unhappy and the receptionist made me feel like it was my fault for not viewing room first.and his cleaners had issues. I wish a review would allow me to post photos

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tidy and presentable, spacious rooms and large private spa off the bathroom. Handy to city and all attractions. Comfortable large bed. try to book a downstairs unit otherwise you'll be carrying bags upstairs. There is quite a steep driveway entry/exit onto a busy road. Tight car parks, but I'd stay here again. Reasonable rates for the facilities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is not anywhere near the city centre and that’s not even the main issue. As soon as we opened the door there was a weird smell and there was mould growing up on the shower and the tap of the bath-tub. We left our fully paid non refundable rooms and booked another hotel that’s how bad it was. Highly disappointed with the quality, for the same price you can book other popular chain hotels in the same area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing! Comfy, warm, clean, tidy. fully contained but we also got a complimentary breakfast each which was well big enough for my 6ft 6 husband. The private spa pool was a bonus and although it took an hour to fill, it was lovely to not be in a chlorinated pool.. The owners/staff were wonderful and helpful and the pricing was top notch. Definitely will be back again if we are up this way. A++++++++++

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was basic, tired, but for the price it was perfect. It had everything we needed. Bed was very comfortable, and the towels were the softest I've ever felt in my life, no kidding. A good experience. No complaints.
