★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a foreigner to these shores, that didn't really follow Rugby, this statue is a little lost on me. It does seem to bring a lot of tourists in to Te Kuiti for a photograph. Lets hope that they also try some of the local shops!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The statue is located beside an iSite on the main street in Te Kuiti. Statue is impressive in its own right, but recommend a visit to the Meads brothers exhibition located in the iSite. Lots of memorabilia from Stan and Colin's career. Lots to read, detailing their playing days and other contributions to rugby and charity.
