★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the most amazing morning with our tour guide Pete, we were lucky enough to be the only ones on the trip for the day. Pete was amazing with my three children and kept them entertained, tea/coffee/hot chocolate and biscuits provided for morning tea in between caves. A very relaxing, informative trip with a lot of history! Thank you Pete and Libby for your amazing hospitality ?

Peter.
At 3 hours long with someone educated in the field it was extremely good value.
Even stopped for a cuppa and biccy half way.
The glow worms and the geological features in the caves were amazing. A unique experience not to be missed. Highly recommend.

Our tour guide Norm, spent a lot of time with the kids. With small groups the tour didn’t feel rushed at all. Thanks Team - a really enjoyable few hours

A friendly & knowledgeable range of guides that add another layer to the visual spectacle & I was fortunate to share my time with a knowledgeable & accommodating chap, Mangu.
I have been on other tours not a million miles away where you pay your money & take you the tour, but on this occasion you pay your money & are served an experience, & it is for this reason I highly recommend you support local & bring family & friends to discover for your self.
The ability to bring a camera & take photos is a huge bonus & adds another layer to the unique Spellbound experience. Top marks to Mangu & the team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This tour is a hidden treasue for sure, this was one of the most magical experiences i have ever experienced! Hohepa was an absolute legend, his commentary & knowledge of the caves was brilliant, definitely made the trip that much more special.
The 1st cave was amazing & the boat trip in the cave was out of this world !!! I couldn't fault it, it was spectacular !!
The 2nd cave is under rated, not as many glow worms but the cave itself is the show here, they have built pathways & lighting to make it a nice safe trip through the cave.
You even get supplied a lil afternoon tea with hot drinks & bikkis between the 2 caves which was awesome as.
Big thank you to the Spellbound team, we will definitely not forget this tour in a hurry !

We were a last minute tour group of only 3 and you still went out of your way to make the tour so memorable.
I reccomend giving the spellbound tour a whirl it is unmissable!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a wonderful experience it was. I was the only one who booked the tour that day but Pete did the tour just for me. It was very interesting and informative. I loved that I could see the glowworms so up close. Had coffee after the first cave. The second cave had geological formations which were pretty cool. Had a good old chat with Pete and learnt about the caves as well as the Waitomo area. Highly recommended!
