★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately the area was fenced off but you can still get a sense of the magnitude of what has happened here in the distant past... The view into the harbour entrance is pretty magnificent from this spot too. Check out the spot and photos too.
Pretty cool to see these massive guns in this state... It's roughly 6 inch thick cast iron guns broken in halves and it does make you wonder how these beasts were made in that period
