★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give less stars I would. Makes me want to change all of my staff business phones to a different network. Went in to get a simple task done an was told impossible could only do a little. Went back at my business an told one of my teenage staff. Who laughed an then completed the job fully. Very disappointed in this Spark store. An Spark in general for hiring these negative employees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a samsung z fold 3 and within 1 week it had a line across the main screen. I took it back and they said it had to be sent away for repairs but under the consumers act i now know that it should have been replaced on the spot as it was faulty within 14 days of purchase. Im quite disappointed as im now without a phone. I have spoken to telegistics and they said it should have been replaced on the spot if it was faulty within 14 days. Can you please contact me about this

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Insanely rude service from Arunad today, wow!! I have no words.. I have now changed service providers. Spark has been a nightmare to deal with.. sick of having to go in store because the app is glitching out

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No working phones at home now have to go in again, felt rushed out the door. Went in to get 2 new phones, never was told that we needed to buy the plug end separately, so the small charger cord that it came with would work. Luckily we checked otherwise we could not charge the phone when got home.. At the end said all we need to do is link to my own internet and it will be all set up. Never mentioned or helped with sim card change , try to ring the spark store don't answer.
