Spark, if your staff are on commission, then stop it. Makes it an awful environment.

The lady told us the old one was cancelled and new one set up and we could use it immediately. 3 days and 4 people later and we still have no account which is making working from home very difficult and still no resolution.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last time I came here a staff member sold me a faulty phone he seemed to be in a rush I didn't like his service however a year later i noticed alot of new friendly faces,the young lady who served me was new which she stated upon my arrival she was awesome loved her service she did well considering she was a new staff member sold me a great phone put me on a plan ect however the phone didn't come with a charger to which i was aware of but did state it came with a charger cord she asked if I had an adapter at home to which I did but once I got home the cord didn't fit the charger adapter cause it's a updated phone the phone was on 54 percent when brought I had to switch all my data from my old phone to my new phone and surley enough after the time spent on doing this my phone went flat overnight I had to return to the store to buy the adapter overall im very happy with the service and my phone they are so helpful and friendly and amazing how they have a solution to all yr problems they know how to fix ur problems. while there i observed other staff with other customers and they were just so helpful and fixed all their problems I have great confidence that if I have any problems I can go to them and everything will be sorted i highly recommend this team at spark riccarton mall thanks guys thanks for yr amazing service and the young lady that served me?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite shocking customer service, the retail assistant Alex was constantly talking down to my partner and I as well as rolling his eyes whenever we were asking questions about the different iPhones. This is unacceptable service and an absolutely disgusting way to talk to people. To top it off, as soon as he sold us the phone he ran out back and packed his stuff up and left the store… absolutely shocking service. He didn’t inform us of an insurance plan (his workmate asked us if we had one and we told him we had no idea it was even available ), he didn’t inform us that we needed to buy a wall plug seperate as they don’t come with the phone anymore. The list goes on but this store is not worth any more effort.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made 2 visits and got absolutely excellent service from 2x staff. Irene helped me sort out a purchase while Bevan went above and beyond. Took some time to transfer data mob to mob but he then helped with another problem I had that I didn't even mention. Impressive.
