The service was excellent and all the team were polite, friendly and helpful in providing the best customer service. Special mention to my Optometrist Renee and her colleague Pia for ensuring my partner and I were well cared for in selecting the most suitable glasses. Thankyou greatly.

The staff was very helpful during the test & we bought a glasses from there but it wasn't as expected but, still they support us & help us very well to make a new one. There was a staff name by Riya, I really want to say thanks to her to take the problem seriously & solve it in a really short time. She was very kind & she explained every little things in a nice way. Such a good experience.

β β β β β The experience was really good. I was greeted by some lovely people who were extremely friendly and helped out with choosing the right pair of glasses and showing a good variety of options. The optometrist was also really friendly, detailing out things about every test performed on the eyes and the right type of glasses to go for. Thank you Reeya and Josh for a really good customer experience.

Also, he does care about the choices of customer as well as has suggestive nature according to my comfort. β β β β β Very happy with product and quality of service. Professional eye exam by Renee, glass dispensing/fitting and other friendly service by Amy (?) sorry not sure, At and Marius.got two glasses and then preferred one of them- hassle free swap so now have two pies that I love.
Appreciated and enjoyed the detailed explanation after the eye exam by Renee.
