I’m a previous customer at this business and have been for many years.
Good Customer service is key to a successful business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great eye service! One niggle I have is when confirming or re-booking an appointment the receptionists do not have the facility to look up or change an appointment time. Hence, on hold for longer than necessary. Come on spec savers get your systems in place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From first walking in the staff are A1 .. making you feel at ease with each and every step, from testing to fitting. State of the art tech to sort you out with glasses , my partner and I both got a new set , and more than happy with the service and the helpfulness of the staff.
