β β β β β Worst customer service experience ever; disappointed in staff and manager at Sylvia park for not knowing OPSM own refund exchange policy. ( If you change your mind or youβre not happy with your purchase, you can return the item(s) to any of our stores within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or full refund. Items purchased in store cannot be returned online.) Purchased a frame from newmarket store and the manager advised the staff not to do the exchange at Sylvia Park. If it wasnβt for manager at Newmarket explaining the terms and conditions to Sylvia park staff, I would have left the store after an hour arguing that the policy states otherwise and without the exchange. Thanks to Newmarket store and please read your policy Sylvia park or change it on your website.

β β β β β Had the worst experience ever.
My son needed prescription glasses so booked an eye examination here. After my son and wife came out of the examination room there was no follow up. We were left on our own wondering what to do next to proceed with selecting the right frame and etc. No one attended to us. Thats when we decided to leave. We went up to the counter to pay for the examination. Even then the guy at the counter didnt ask us if we needed any help with selecting the glasses for my son.
We paid and went straight over to the Specsavers and bought the glasses there.
First class service, highly recommend this place.

Iβm ready to purchase a contact lens and really not a good explanation from one of your staff regarding contact lens. asking me to buy a trial for $49 seem like she inexperienced. I have a latest prescription and the brand I need. So she ask me think about it, that okay. But her body language and the way her tone saying good bye is not very nice(sarcastic tone) Look like she need a customer service training. Selling high end brand but customer service ??

β β β β β I came in to the store today and I was greeted by the most lovely lady with the blonde hair didnβt quite catch her name, so knowledgeable about any questions that I had. I was looking for safety glasses and although Sylvia donβt have what I was specifically was looking for she told me other stores that might have the service I was hoping for! Left a very happy FUTURE customer ?
