The staff particular (a fat man, he said he is a boss of the shop) were aggressive and rude upsetting one of our party and insulting another one both ladies.
He need to learn the meaning of customer service at the shop.
We always go to Northwest Mall but none of us will ever go to this shop again. Very disappointed
