★ ★ ★ ★ ★ More-so for the policy makers of NZPost. I paid delivery for an air gun then received a call 10 minutes later to be told NZPost don't deliver air guns. It's just arbitrary bureaucracy to make peoples lives more difficult. Anyone over the age of 18 can go purchase an air-gun. There's nothing special about them, but thats where NZPost draws the line. Secondly, I wanted to deliver a computer with sig. required. Tracked was $18 but sig required would have had to pay an additional $36 for sign which is also faster courier service. Why there is not a sig. required service for expensive or oversize items for a few $ extra, not $$$ extra, is crazy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went into the St Luke’s branch for a application form, they said they can’t give me one and I must call a 0800 number then they’ll email the form to me. I’ve been waiting for 2 hours now and its probably likely they’ll never answer. (This is after waiting in store for someone to come to the counter for 10 minutes, there was no queue just me…?) will be banking with someone else going forward.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This bank in general has high service fees, and without a warning closed a close friends account down. Very terrible communication skills and caused a lot of issues for this person with no pre warning

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Customer Service I have experienced. Had only 2 staff (Elisa and Priya). I called the 0800 number before going into the branch as all I needed was proof of address from my bank and address update. After waiting for so long when I got to the counter, CS rep was so rude and repeated the same questions like 5 times and asked me to make an appointment for a simple thing. Staff really needs CS training. Avoid this bank if you can.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small department of the Kiwi bank located in the St Luke’s mall... Everyone in this bank is polite and helpful and I never had any complaints, all of those times I went there to check my account, making deposits, or exchange money... The location of the bank it’s perfect because they have parking outside and it makes more easier to go there and find parking and even have your shopping there if you have errands... they doing a good job there...

Wouldn't recommend this branch at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in on Sat to close all my accounts. Quiet place, a hidden gem in Saint Luke’s mall. If u don’t look hard you will miss this place completely. 2 staff on shift, the fewest I’ve ever seen. I’m no longer banking with Kiwibank anymore. Hope this place can survive.
