★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice staff there just had an incident where my partner had double decker but came out spicy. We politely went up to the lady who explained to the other lady (suspecting manager) who told us that it shouldn't be spicy and that we used these products. It was a tad confusing and awkward for us because we were basically being told we are in the wrong here. Im not saying customers are always right but I have worked in customer service for over 5+ years and that was not any way I would've handled the situation. It's a shame because I know the people there and they know me and I would never be spiteful just to get a free extra meal. We were happy to give the other one back to you in exchange for a new one but that was never an option. My partner got given extra mayo to see if it would bring the spice down but it didn't. Once we left the store we were quite dissatisfied with the service and thought perhaps it was the batch of chicken and the spices on it, not the sauces. My partner took the meal home to see if it was just his tastebuds at the time but indeed it was not, it was still spicy and being brought up on spice for most of my life I could tell it was reasonably spicy.
I hope this place can take customers words and instead of denying what the customer is saying. We both would've walked out with a much better perspective on this place if we were just taken into consideration and heard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been ordering the exact same thing from different st Pierres sushi shops as well as Silverdale for years. Today I am told they cant make it because there are too many ingredients.
Can not understand why you would not just make the same sushi that I have been enjoying for years. I dont want to eat other pleces sushi…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Once I ordered a tofu roll, after finishing I looked down to find a rogue piece of salmon. I'm vegan, I did not order any sort of salmon. Gross finding unwanted raw seafood mixed in with my tofu roll. Anyway that's not why I'm writing this review. My partner had gone to this same resturuant before our road trip and it was around 6pm so they had their sushi on the front counter. I found this odd because I assumed sushi should be refrigerated always. Well 8 hours later my partner was vomiting violently. She had clearly been food poisoned. This lasted 24 hours, the bulk of our trip. She had to spend all of it in bed unable to eat for nearly 48 hours.
