★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was looking in Pukekohe for a relatively inexpensive gift and this was the only jeweller whose staff made eye contact and asked if they could help out of the two other shops I went into. It took me a while to decide but the staff member patiently offered suggestions and got items out for me and then offered to gift wrap my purchase. I would shop here again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’d give you zero stars if I could. Based on all your other good reviews I gave my watch in for repairs with great Hope . Initially I was told it would be fixed in 2-3 days . Today I walk in after a month and the owner of the shop tells me it’s still not fixed . No communication over the period they had my watch. Very disappointed . Terrible customer service.??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid this place please my watch was sitting there for over a month and once it was given back to me water got in to it and the part repaired fall off (LOLZ) I took the watch back it got repaired for free but only worked for a week and its in my draw since then. No quality of customer service.
