★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best dinner we had in NZ while we were doing road trip for few weeks. All staff were nice and food at bistro was beyond expectations. Hope we can come back again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: The food was great in the A la Carte restaurant. Liked having a carport for car: car cool on a hot day, Not frozen on a cold morning. Lovely quiet spot.. Negative: The blunt knife with my meal. Should have been able to slice the lovely tender venison however had to saw with the blunt knife. My partner had the lamb rack and had the same problem, and we could see people at other tables had the same problems..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such serenity. Peace and quiet. Sean and Madeline are great hosts. Food, wines, staff...all top quality. Nice chalets to stay and soak up even more serenity

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Great rural spot with wide spacious grounds. Restaurant was great and very friendly service with high quality food about 10 metres from our unit!. Negative: Rooms were just a bit tired. Not cleaned overly well and chairs were wobbly and out door chair broken..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Friendly staff. Very comfortable bed. Spacious and warm unit. Under cover parking at each unit. Good dinner at on-site bistro.. Negative: Small table and chairs in our room to eat our breakfast at would have been good. Some of the deck chairs need replacing..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Accommodation was clean and comfortable, the bed was great to sleep on. A la cartel restaurant was top notch amazing beautiful food and the service was excellent, great place to visit, would highly recommend.
