★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked to stay and they accepted booking a few weeks ago - only to be told (Friday) days before arriving that the accommodation (due on Monday) that it was not available due to flooding a month previously.
Whilst i understand the flooding was a tricky situation - but its not good to accept bookings and cancel on people at short notice during school holidays. My booking with booking.com has only been partially refunded. So I am not sure where the other $250+ dollars is going to get refunded.
