★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wrong order and long waiting time. Also the poor guy was running the place on his own. Meat balls were chopped in half and my sandwich was more like a salada roll. Food higiene wasn’t the best. Not impressed.

When I ordered my meal they asked me if I wanted extra avocado for which I said yes. The guy started scrapping off the container to get as much avocado to spread on my bread. I asked him to re fill it instead of scrapping the remenants of the avocado. What the hell. How could a reputable place do something like that in front of customers. I think you guys need a new management or close shop better

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst subway. Very bad service and workers showed very bad attitude and didn’t make proper subway. I ordered for salad bowl, 3 piper chicken foot long and gf wrap. I asked to put all salads. They did put only 3-4 salads in very less quantity not even similar to other subways. Usually if we buy salad bowl from other subway we get bowl more than half at least. But we got salad bowl less than half bowl. I would not recommend to buy anything from them. They also asked my husband to wait for 15 min but they took 30 min. ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store is extremely busy, yet staff are pottering away in the background, instead of serving customers. Younger female staff member is extremely rude. The rest of the staff are ok, but no one remembers to smile, or ask how you are? I thought customer service is about welcoming customers, and making them feel appreciate. Food quality is good, just the staff and lack of planning for busy periods has let the branch down. Judging by the other reviews on here, im not the only one to notice the extremely poor service from the workers here.

They are intentionally leaving cheese out of every single online order, not to mention barely including vegetables either.. not one to leave reviews but I would argue 9 sandwich's is too many to simply be an accident. Quite disappointed to say the least. Photo attached is a $15 sub with no cheese, barely any toppings..
