★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slowest Tank, no matter what time you visit. I came around 5pm, two hours before they closed and already they were starting to pack up. Wouldn’t greet when you went to the counter, and after waiting ten minutes for my order (only about 3 people before me) I had to ask them to redo it because the drink was warm (?!). Terrible service and grumpy servers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited on Tuesday 11/5/2021 around 10.30 am. Ordered full salad combo for $20.90. on the kiosk it was still showing old price$19.50. I asked lady to refund the difference. Because you can't advertise 2 different prices for the same item and if it happens somehow then you have to charge the lowest price. That lady replied ' head office made changes yesterday and they will update kiosk as well. I can't refund the difference otherwise they will fire me.' her voice and hands were shaking like she is scared of something. I had to tell her that 'it's ok no problem. I don't want refund.'
At least you can give better working environment to your employees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good just overpriced. $5.90 for a mini kids drink. Maybe I’m just getting old I dunno. Usually I get drinks for free. But paying for a drink this size is crazy. But I will be back again coz my daughter likes the strawberry slush.

Self service machines are a joy to use and really quick unlike some supermarket ones which are slow, show endless prompts and freeze. Tank have this sorted! Great to see, well done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stopped by around lunch and grabbed a juice. The shop is located in the foodcourt on the 277 side of the Westfield Newmarket. They had a limited edition one called mango mojo so I decided to try it. It wasn't hard to order and it didn't take too long for it to come out. The juice was nice since you could taste the fruits that were in there, mango, pineapple and strawberry. They had really interesting looking smoothies with mango and coconut which found tasty. They also did food but I didn't try any.
