★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Felt really sad with the service. Placed an online order and reached on time but they didnt even bother to ask me why i am waiting( may be i dont look like someone who goes to a subway) . Had to wait more than 10 mins with a baby in my hands.
Never have been through such a situation in any other subway.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I waited for 15 minutes to be served and even the people in front of me were not being served as this Subway appears to prioritise UberEats over physical customers. They also always run out of various food options. I will never go to this Subway branch again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I asked extra lettuce for online order. They didn’t even put the correct formula for six inch sub. There were a few bits of lettuce and sub was so tiny even though I asked for all salads. I was manager at subway so I know the exact formula for subs and noticed as I been there couple of times, they put only 2 slices of tomato, it supposed to be 3 for six inch and 6 for footlong.They ran out of breads most of the time. Overall, disappointing!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today was the 3rd consecutive time we have visited this store and ordered sub of the day only to be told it was not available. Also, we paid for a drink from the drink machine that spat out this horrible carbonated liquid that tasted nothing like no sugar coke . 3rd strike and out . No more subway kilbirnie for us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service, quite rude to be honest. Was stared down at & had been snarky to my partner & I the entire time. I wasn’t impressed. Especially walking away with mistakes in our order. I understand this is a fast food restaurant, but this is the worst customer service I’ve ever received. No hospitality environment should have that awful of service.
