★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't order from this subway, just go to any of the other ones in the city. The way the meat is cooked here is wrong. Normally the meat is wrapped and placed in a seperate machine while when you toast the bread that goes in the toaster. These guys will just check it all in the toaster and call it a day which makes, at least the chicken, rubbery and disgusting. Something is off about the bread as well but I'm not sure what they do with that. Also how do you run out of carrots, other subways are stocked why aren't you?
There is little to no care at this subway and when you know there is another subway a 5min walk down the road which is 10x better why would I ever come here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Like any other subway, but the biggest downfall for this one is the stupid queuing system. You're crammed in like sardines which won't help with social distancing mandates. They should have had it curve around so we're entering on the left - exiting on the right. But no, make us cram in and line up near the toilet. Brilliant

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love subway, but the lady manager, think her name starts with R? Is an absolutely nightmare. I’ve been a handful of times and she is super rude every time and has bad hygiene. She took my money without a glove then proceeded to touch the till and then back to my sandwich with no gloves. When I pointed it out (because of Covid) she denied it, said it didn’t happen and then threw napkins across the counter in a really rude way. She needs an attitude check and some customer service training.not hard to be kind. I will not be going back to that subway. Manners street staff are incredible and friendly

Overall a poorly run store which is a shame as other subways around Wellington are well presented with everything and provide a good service!
